Reading in German About the book People in Gottlingen heave a sigh of relief: all the members of a sect who have settled in the small village have lost their lives in an accident. And the best thing: the sect’s headquarters in Finland continues to pay the rent unconcerned for they know nothing about the misfortune there. But then the sect leadership announce their visit to their fellow believers in Gottlingen. A harmless fraud now turns into a large-scale cover-up operation. And in this way, the villagers really do trigger off the disaster. "Himmelfahrtskommando" has been made into a film with Walter Andreas Müller, Beat Schlatter and Andrea Zogg, among others. The film will be shown in Swiss cinemas from 21 March 2013. About the author Stefan Millius was born in 1972 and grew up in the region of St.Gallen. He worked as a journalist and editor with various regional and national media. Today, Stefan Millius is a freelance copywriter, book author and script writer. His first novel "Rättigen" appeared in 2008. It was followed by the novella "Himmelfahrtskommando". In December 2012, he published his latest work "66 Motive für Mord". Stefan Millius lives in Appenzell with his family.
